The deadline for the regular registration and payment of the conference fee is on August 20, 2018.

The conference will take place at Orthodox Academy of Crete (OAC; http://www.oac.gr), a public welfare institution. The OAC is located in a beautiful environment next to the village of Kolymbari, about 20 km from the city of Chania. OAC ofers 60 rooms (all with two beds or one twin-size bed), 5 of which are suites (i.e. suitable for families).

If you wish accommodation at OAC (4 nights: Monday 10th September to Thursday 13th September) please choose option 1-4 (frst come frst served policy).
Conference participants who prefer to make their own accommodation arrangements (options 5-6) can choose among several conveniently located (15-30 min walking distance) hotels in Kolymbari.

For options 1-4 the conference fee (CF) includes full-board accommodation (breakfast + 2 meals according to the traditional Cretan cuisine at OAC), whereas options 5-6 include only lunch and dinner at OAC. Additionally, the conference fee includes the welcome reception, access to wireless LAN, coffee breaks, the conference dinner (which will be followed by a concert) and, for all participants, the 'conference material' (T-shirt, bag, etc.).
