Abstract Information
Only registered participants are allowed to submit an abstract. Instructions on how to submit an abstract will be sent out by email after registering.

Note that we do not request that the registration fee be payed when registering. Instead, upon registering the participant will receive an automatic email with payment instructions (full payment of the registration fee is, however, required prior to the start of the conference, and no later than July 1). The same automatic email will provide the participant with a code to be used when submitting an abstract.

We envisage 3 types of contributions, namely, contributed talks, (physical) posters, and online-only posters. The following rules apply:
  • Contributed talks and (physical) posters require in-person attendance.
  • Online-only posters can only be applied for by online participants.
  • Each participant is entitled to a maximum of 3 abstract submissions.
  • There is a limit of 1 accepted oral contribution (invited or contributed) and 2 accepted posters per participant as main author. An exception applies to colleagues who have been invited to talk on behalf of consortia, in which case they may also apply for a contributed ‘science’ talk.
