Sensitivity of the redshift drift to various cosmological parameters

Joana Carneiro

Abstract
The origin of the acceleration of the universe is a cosmological question that has yet to be answered, and can be studied through the analysis of the changing redshift of objects following the cosmological expansion - also known as the redshift drift. By predicting the behaviour of the redshift drift in different model parameters, our goal is to provide accurate estimates of the impact of forthcoming measurements from the E-ELT and the SKA.
