Development of a fast code to generate Herschel-derived maps of bolometric temperature and luminosity/mass ratio.

Abstract
The large scale structures seen in Herschel observations motivates the computation of pixel-by-pixel properties maps. We develop and test a fast iterative method to compute temperature and mass maps by fitting the Herschel 160 to 500 micron data with a greybody distribution. We use the 24μm MIPS-Gal and 70μm HI-Gal tiles to approximate the bolometric luminosity and generate bolometric temperature and Lbol over M maps. Finally, we analyze some correlations between the computed quantities.
