Light mass Galileon scenario has cubic Galileon term along with the standard kinetic term and a potential. Potential is added phenomenologically to achieve late time acceler- ation. There is a nonminimal coupling between matter and the scalar field in the Einstein frame. In this talk, I shall discuss the background cosmology and first and second order cosmological perturbations in this scenario. The effect of the conformal coupling constant on the power spectrum and reduced bispectrum would be discussed. I shall also show the evolution of f σ 8 for different conformal coupling constant and its comparison with the redshift-space distortions data.
