Abstract
I will talk about filamentary spin, I probably the largest-scale rotation in the Universe. I will also discuss the turbulence and stochasticity on these scales and smaller, that bring into question how straightforward the connection is between the cosmological initial conditions and the structure and dynamics  on galaxy scales and smaller.
