Abstract
Nowadays, diversity and inclusion groups play an important role in academic and scientific institutions. They promote good practices and fair working conditions, and raise awareness about potential social issues within institutes.
Since 2021, the Diversity and Inclusion Group (DIG) of IA has been working to foster conditions for a more welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment for everyone who is at our institute, and who collaborates with us.
In this talk, we will present our achievements in these first 5 years of activity, describing the dynamics of the group, its important role in promoting inclusive policies and fair practices within our institute, and how everyone is welcome to contribute.
