Please send all files as a single compressed folder to SpaceTK16@iastro.pt, see below what is required.

The page limits are:  
  • Invited talks: 12 pages
  • Oral contributions: 8 pages
  • Poster contributions: 4 pages
Please note that due to restrictions on the funding, the Proceedings must be ready before the end of 2016. This does not allow us to have extensions of the deadline for submissions (we must go ahead with what is ready by then).


Submission of manuscripts
The deadline for submissions is 21st of October 2016.
All required files are provided as a ZIP file: Azores2016_Macros_EPJWC.zip

Please use the specific Azores2016_Template.tex to write your contribution.

Name your files as (add a number if you have more than one contribution as first author):

AuthorName_Fig1.pdf
AuthorName_Fig2.pdf

Sign the copyrigth form Azores2016_epjconf_copyright.pdf provided, and send it as a PDF file:

AuthorName_Copyrigth_Azores2016.pdf

Put all files in a single folder and compress it in a single ZIP file named AuthorName_Azores2016.zip, to be sent please to SpaceTK16@iastro.pt by the deadline.
