Registration fees
- Early registration fee (before 20 March 2026): 750 Euro
- Late registration fee (21 March - 1 June 2026): 900 Euro
- Accompanying guest (before 1 June 2026): 100 Euro

The registration fee includes the reception on Sunday, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference social program. The fee for accompanying guests includes the receptions on Sunday, as well as the conference social program. Due to logistical constraints, a maximum of 2 accompanying guest may be added to the registration fee.

Online participation is not possible. 


Registration instructions
Registration will be done through NOVVE's web platform (conference organization support).

Once registered, instructions on how to proceed with payment and to submit abstract will be made available in the same platform.

You will be able to submit a maximum of 2 abstracts (talk or poster). When submitting you should also select which topics are more adequate.

- Topic 1: Present day results in exoplanet research (Setting the stage)
- Topic 2: Towards the detection of the lowest mass/smaller planets (methods, instrumentation, data analysis)
- Topic 3: Towards their detailed characterisation (interior models, atmospheres, astrobiology, …)
- Topic 4: Challenges (detailed stellar characterisation, star-planet connection, stellar noise)


Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (exoplanet6@iastro.pt) to the LOC (use the subject line ‘cancellation request’).

Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
- 90% refund until 20 March, when early registration payment closes (10% to account for administrative costs).
- 50% refund until 30 April.
- No refund from May 1 onwards.

Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained. 


Privacy statement
Personal information submitted with your registration will be used only for the purposes of this event. Personal information of selected registrations will be retained for the period necessary to comply with all administrative and legal obligations. Name and affiliation may be retained indefinitely and displayed online for historical reasons. Personal information will be shared with Novve - With Inspiration, Lda. (conference organization support) and If Then Pay, Lda. (conference payments).
