1. Instructions for talks
Instructions for submitting your presentations files:

• Slide desk at the registration room to receive your files (e.g. usb disk, pen drive), and check if all is good

• You can also upload your files online on this url: https://owncloud.iastro.pt/index.php/s/TC04MAxDpiENQp3

• Files name should have the following structure: day_room_name_surname.pptx / pdf)

• Day options are [“Monday”, “Tuesday”, “Wednesday”, “Thursday”, and “Friday”]

• Room options are [“room1_Arquivo”, “Room2_Auditorio”,”Room3_Despachantes”]

• Example of a good filename: “Monday_Room2_Auditorio_Sergio_Sousa.pptx”

• Files should be submitted and checked the day before the presentation

• Monday speakers: please take care of this on Sunday, when registering, or at the latest Monday morning

• Projection of the slides will be on a 16:9 format Full HD.

• Expected format for files for presentation is pptx, pdf (that will be transformed back in pptx)

2. Instructions for posters

• Posters will be displayed at Piso 0 Nascente, in the same area designated for coffee breaks and lunches.

• Mounting is permitted from 5:00 PM on Sunday, and all posters have to be removed by 1:00 PM on Friday.

• Posters should not exceed 59.4 cm (width) × 84.1 cm (height) (A1 portrait format). Smaller poster sizes are also acceptable.

3. Coffee-breaks and lunches
Coffee breaks and lunches will be served at Piso 0 Nascente, the same location where the posters will be displayed. The area will also include some lounge spaces for attendees to relax and network.


4. Babysitting
For babysitting arrangements, participants should contact the providers directly.
